His traditional mustache was clean-shaven and his hair was shorter as he headed to Madison Square Garden to see theNew York Knicksgame against theCleveland Cavaliers. The sides and back of his head were noticeably trimmed.
The rest of the "Marty Supreme" star's outfit included camouflage-print joggers and a gray Knicks T-shirt layered with a black thermal. Chalamet paired it with a black belt, Timberland boots and a silver necklace.
Thegameon Tuesday, May 19 – the first of the NBA's Eastern Conference finals – resulted in a 115-104 Knicks victory during overtime.
After clinching the second largest comeback in the fourth quarter of a playoffs game since 1997, the Knicks are now three games away from the NBA finals.
Other stars who sat courtside included talk show hostJimmy Fallonand actor Dustin Hoffman.
Chalamet hasconsistently attendedKnicks games, notably skipping both the 2025 and2026 Met Galato attend matches instead. The New Yorker's long-running allegiance to the team goes back to early social media posts from when Chalamet was 14,according to The New York Times.

He'sattended multiple Knicks games withgirlfriend Kylie Jenner, including the Knicks versus Atlanta Hawks playoff game at Madison Square Garden on April 28 and the team's playoff matchup against the Philadelphia 76ers on May 6.
Jenner and Chalamet have been together for several years,making their red carpet debut as a couple in May 2025. Jenner has also accompanied him for several awards shows and premieres during the press run for "Marty Supreme."

Chalamet's latest look isn't the first time he went without facial hair, having previously rocked a shaved face two years ago. The last time he donned the clean shave was in 2024, when he was filming the Bob Dylan biopic "A Complete Unknown."
Chalamet has previously switched up his hairstyles as well. For the New York premiere of the biopic, Chalamet briefly wentblonde, referencing Bob Dylan's hairstyle from the 2003 Sundance Film Festival.
Andthe first trailerfor "Dune: Part 3" reveals Chalamet with another transformation: a completely shaved head. The rest of the clips in the trailer, however, showcase aChalamet with his signature curls.
"Dune: Part 3," starring Zendaya and Robert Pattinson alongside Chalamet, is set to hit theaters Dec. 18.
